2024 - 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vineyard was reversed from conventional style to a regenerative agricultural and agro-ecological style. We converted our 28 year old grapevines from conventional double cordon to double guyot. We fine tuned our grape clusters during the season after veraison to focus more energy on the very best grape clusters. Vineyard was not given any water during the entire season. Grapes are from the first eight rows of our vineyard. Two weeks of punch downs with hands. Acidity was absolutely incredible during the entire vinification process. Alcohol low for a Cabernet Sauvignon in Maipo Valley however, that was the objective to preserve acidity and highlight fruit characteristics.
